  • In this paper, using template drawing, column data calculation, App plug-in and other functions of the Origin software,the characteristics of HgCdTe single crystal sample such as intrinsic excitation temperature range, band gap width, Nernst effect and Righi-Leduc are analyzed．The results show that the Origin software has the advantages of convenience and efficiency in dealing with data．
